Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoFilter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PhotoFilter is a mobile application that provides photo editing tools and features. The App allows you to edit, enhance, and transform photos on your device.

Premium Subscription

Subscription Terms: PhotoFilter offers a premium subscription service that provides access to advanced features, filters, and tools.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to create or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Maintain the security of your account and device

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain all rights to photos and content you create or edit using the App. PhotoFilter does not claim ownership of your content. All editing is performed locally on your device, and your content is never transmitted to our servers without your explicit consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoFilter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
